Andre R. Tetreault

Andre “Andy” R. Tetreault, 90, longtime resident of East Longmeadow; passed away peacefully Friday, April 12, 2019. He was born December 18, 1928 in St. Hyacinthe, Canada, and was a veteran of the Korean War serving his country proudly with the U.S. Army. Andre was employed with Mass Mutual retiring after 32 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Theresa (Bridges) Tetreault. He is survived by his son Marc and his wife, Jeanne Tetreault of Palm Coast, FL; daughter Carol Lorenzi and her husband, Mark of Somers, CT; grandchildren Michael and Lisa; sisters Carmen Basalone and Lise Sawyer; and loving companion Charlotte Danner. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10AM on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at St. Michael’s Church, 128 Maple St., East Longmeadow. Interment with military honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Andre’s name to St. Michael’s Church or charity of one’s choice.
